Packing
We pack your goods after the 100% inspection. We will pack the sorted goods for you in the packaging of your choice: large containers and cardboard boxes up to euro pallet size, small load carriers, polybags, sacks or your own company containers. We can also label your packaging directly with labels provided or printed by us. We clearly mark the sorted OK goods with a green sticker with the inscription “100% machine sorted”.
The NOK goods are packed separately in a polybag, sealed and marked with a red label. This prevents mixing and we can guarantee that the right goods are in the right place.

We then create an evaluation for your quality management. You will receive an inspection report of the sorted goods with every delivery. You can decide whether we send you the n.i.O. parts in a separate polybag marked with a red label or whether we should scrap them directly on site.
If desired, we can also carry out an initial sampling of your items and prepare an initial sample test report (EMPB) for you. We are also happy to prepare a measurement system analysis (MSA) for you on request in accordance with method 1 and method 3 for selected characteristics of your products.
